Has anyone ever organised a litter picking event with patients? Our unit is next to a stream and community park which is often very littered. I have some interest from a few patients to try to maintain these areas for the local community. I'm guessing I could approach the local council but I'm not sure where I would stand with insurance etc. If anyone has any advice I would be really grateful. Thank you.
