CSH is officially launching a two-year project in partnership with King's College London, the Health Foundation and Health Education England to support the integration of sustainability into undergraduate and postgraduate education on healthcare quality improvement.

Through the project, CSH has already appointed an Education Fellow, Dr. Stuart D'Arch Smith, and together we are working closely with key partner institutions demonstrate the inclusion of sustainable healthcare principles within undergraduate and postgraduate QI education, and share learning from successful approaches.

If your institution would like to be a demonstration site for embedding sustainability into core teaching on QI, please get in touch: frances@sustainablehealthcare.org.uk. We are particularly interested to hear from partners in nursing or allied health professions education.

If you would like to join the CSH staff team to work on this project, we are hiring

Early in the new year, we will also be advertising for the next Education Fellow to take over from Stuart in August 2020, working three days per week.

Finally, look out for our upcoming Masterclass on Teaching Sustainability in QI on 20 March 2020 at KCL.

The Sustainability in QI Education project is supported by the Health Foundation, an independent charity committed to bringing about better health and health care for people in the UK.
