Eight medical schools in England joined the national network of Public Health Educators at Medical Schools (PHEMS) “Climate change and the Determinants of Health in Medical Schools” Project in 2009-10. The project aimed to pilot effective educational approaches to help students understand the links between health and climate change, and to share outcomes.

These case studies outline the experiences of the pilot medical schools, to January 2010.
