πΏ Rethinking sustainability β from equipment to education
At Wild-Ness Health, we believe that a sustainable healthcare system depends not only on what we reuse or recycle, but on how we learn, connect, and sustain each other in the work of care.
Over the past three years, our events β including The Sustainable Healer Conference β have brought together clinicians, educators, creatives, and people with lived experience to explore how we can embed sustainability into the culture of care itself.
Our work has attracted attention from the BMA, RCGP, and NHS Education for Scotland, reflecting a shared recognition that sustainability isnβt only about recycling and reusables β itβs also about the mindsets, skills, and relationships that allow people and systems to flourish.
This autumn, weβre taking the next step:
π The Four Seasons of Learning β a new online educational programme that captures the learning from three years of Wild-Ness Health events and translates it into meaningful, manageable CPD for health professionals across the system.
Moving with the rhythm of nature, the programme explores themes of awareness, connection, and renewal β helping us reimagine what whole-person, sustainable healthcare could look like.
