Laura and Krithea present on a project they undertook, making a switch from single use to remanufactured Harmonic scalpels used in laparoscopic surgery, and switching from disposable to reusable gowns. They discuss how they implemented the changes and the challenges that they faced, as well as future projects they are working towards.
