SusQI project - reducing disposables, housekeeping team, 2018 Royal Devon and Exeter Green Ward Competition

SusQI project on Reducing disposables completed as part of The 2018 Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust Green Ward Competition. This project was the competition winner. 

Team members: Kevin Brown, Mary Drinkwater, Amanda Lawrence, Michelle Penna and Jason Maddocks - Housekeeping Team

Project Aims:

1. To replace plastic teaspoons with reusable metal spoons

2. To reduce plastics waste from serving orange juice on the ward
