SusQI project - reducing wasted appointments in the eye unit

SusQI project completed as part of The 2020 University Hospitals Dorset NHS Foundation Trust Green Ward Competition. The Team aimed to reduce the number of wasted appointments in eye outpatients clinic and to reduce negative environmental, economic and social impacts.
