FYI  - the Agroforestry Research Trust has been at the forefront of research into Food Forestry and all that surrounds it.
ART is in part a reason I pursued a career in Horticulture, and then later trained as a Hort Therapist..  I shall be adding a letter of support.

ART is an inspiration for those who maybe work in NHS forest work, estate management, mental health and outdoor learning & wellbeing..

"In shock news, we’ve been given notice to quit our oldest forest garden at Dartington by landlord the Dartington Hall Trust. The forest garden has inspired thousands of food forests and sustainable growing projects across the world.

See www.agroforestry.co.uk/save-dartington-forest-garden for more info and how you can help."

Hi, I signed and shared the petition. I was a Dartington Student in 1991- 1994 when the garden was a twinkle in Martin Crawford's eye. I hope we can keep it safe. The only saving grace is thinking about all the many 'seeds' sewn in the many forest gardens across the world because of the students and visitors to Martin's garden. Forests do thankfully live on but that isn't to justify the removal of any tree.

Thank you Gin

. The petition is now over 20'000 and growing..
Likewise I've used ART's and Martins work & inspiration for my own projects, education, and a fairly recent visit for a short course on Agroforestry..
