CSH is seeking an energetic and effective manager to support our Nature Recovery Rangers and extend the reach of the project. Currently, we have three rangers at NHS sites, with two more due to be employed this year. As Ranger Manager you will manage the existing rangers and work to increase the number of rangers working for us at NHS trusts. This will include promoting the ranger concept, negotiating with potential partners (both virtually and through site visits), contributing to funding bids (often under tight timescales) and working with partners to develop robust evidence about the benefits of Nature Recovery Rangers.
