Help needed with OT case study template

Dear OT Susnet friends,

we would like to follow in the footsteps of the Green Nephrology network and start a case library of OT Susnet case studies - to share experiences of making OT departments run more sustainably, or of projects which help clients to develop sustainable living skills.  The Green Nephrology case study template does not seem quite right for OT projects so it would be great to find a volunteer(s) who could help to adapt it.
