I am pleased to announce that on 2nd May we will launch the NurSusTOOLKIT. This European Erasmus + funded project provides teaching and learning materials to support nurses an health professionals to meet the challenges of sustainability and climate change. The materials, available in a number of languages, can be accessed free of charge from the project website (details attached).
Topics have been prioritised based on significant research across Europe, with input from educational experts and students. The teaching and learning approach is designed to adopt values and principles from Education for Sustainable Development; topic format and much of the content has been evaluated by practitioners, educators and students.
The NurSusTOOLKIT will provide significant resources for health professional educators to help meet the needs of current and future healthcare practitioners.
