Seeking advice on creating a green education curriculum

This might be a niche question, but I hope someone is able to offer me some advice. 

The cancer centre I work in is establishing an education and training committee, that will have both patient/public and staff facing roles. 

One particular area of interest is around helping our various services have a better understanding of each other's role, for example, our wider team knowing what palliative care does and why, and if there is anything in particular that is relevant for another service to know (e.g. something relevant to the patient care pathway/referrals etc).

An idea of how to approach this is to develop curricula on each of these branches, e.g. a curriculum on what the wider service might want to know about palliative care, or what is relevant for radiotherapy to know about palliative care. 

My question: I was wondering if anyone knows of any resources on developing curricula through a green lens? So not educating on sustainable healthcare per say, but having a green/sustainable strategy to education at the core of how we teach. For example, guidelines on why we should teach in a paperless way, or when in person education is more appropriate than online.

For example, say we want to run an education session for community GP's, having something online might be more appropriate if the GP's have a long distance to travel to the centre - whereas in person might be appropriate if the audience is local staff based in the centre. Balancing having everything online with losing out on the social aspect of learning in person.
