Sustainable MDT hospital Green groups

I am due to attend my first one this month and will feedback thereafter...  Would be good to hear from others who are part of these groups and what they are managing to achieve/influence

I have been tasked with setting one up and forming a steering group. the trust have an over arching plan but it is not really reaching out to the departmental level. Im hoping to ger engagement from the sustainabilty team, pharmacy, IPC, nursing leaders, our junior doctor forum and also wondered about some of our young patients??
